Haven't been on a computer for a while now I have wiped the laptop totally clean and finally got the wifi working on it ... Now I come here to try find my old noob account and can't find it..then I download the client..

Hey there y0shi,
Your old "noob" account will not exist as we decided to do a fresh start. Now in regards to getting the game client running:
- Download and install "JDK 1.8" - Download and run Jarfix.
Once you've done the previous two steps, double click "RSCE_Launcher.jar", and you should be set.
