RSCE_Launcher.jar will not get past loading screen.
Says "fetching updates" in upper left corner, says "fetching latest game client" above the moving download bar. Never moves from halfway point. Has done this since July. I have deleted cache, deleted the .jar file and redownloaded, still nothing works.
